Booklets to support patients and professionals throughout CBT-T
Hannah Knight of the Shropshire Eating Disorder Service (Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust) has very kindly offered the following for sharing by all clinicians using CBT-T, based on her own and her team's experience in delivering the therapy. They can be downloaded by clicking on the links:
CBT-T Patient booklet
This is a workbook and diary, providing key materials so that the patient has a file to help their progress and to remind themselves of what worked for them in the future.
CBT-T Professional booklet
This booklet is to guide professionals in the delivery of CBT-T and the monitoring of patient .progress across the weekly sessions. It includes a simpler version of the CBT-T checklist, so might appeal to both experienced and novice clinicians delivering the therapy.
